We can ensure a property is ready for check-in or a check-out. Our end of tenancy carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning method is available 7 days a week with no extra charge for weekends or bank holidays. 

We offer a full sanitise and deodorise to all floors and upholstery for a deep clean and stain removal. This includes an antiviral and antibacterial treatment prior to machine cleaning.

Avocado Services is experienced in working with landlords and letting agents, and offer end of tenancy cleans for all types of properties. If you are not present at the property on the day of the clean we can pick up or drop off keys locally, at no extra cost.

We know how important it is to return a property in a good state when the lease term comes to an end. That’s why we are fully trained and only use up to date products and machines to give a professional clean.

If there is any furniture in the property don’t worry that can stay in place and we can move it around, clean behind and put back. Any metal or wooden legs will have pads placed underneath for protection to stop any rust, colour transfer or other marks that may occur.

Drying time usually takes 3/4 hours depending on the condition but all areas can still be walked through providing overshoes are worn, which we can supply.

Please note that all end of tenancy jobs must be paid in full immediately on completion. We accept Cash, Card and BACS transfers. An invoice will be provided via a paper copy or email stating payment has been received. The date and areas cleaned will also be itemised along with our report.
